Uploaded to Itch.io, NO SOUND, NO MUSIC (please help)

So, I did this thing, and uploaded it to itch.io- but when I tried to play it, there was no music. That is the only problem.

Anyone know what went wrong? I check the files, the bgm .ogg are all there...

you may need to try exporting the file again, if you hit f12 when previewing your game on itch.io you can see if there are any errors which will tell you what the direct problem is.

I actually solved the problem. Safari doesn't support ogg in html. Playing on another browser solved the problem. Thanks for the help anyway!

I noticed that IE and Edge don't support .ogg either.
