번역 관련 문제 보고
So, if I understand you correctly...(which I must admit I am lacking knowledge here), simply"copy" my exported files to /html/ on the server. This is what occurred for me:
I rendered the novel/game
Attempted to upload the folder (that tyrano named "browser") (of course that didn't work)
I opened the "browser" folder (on my computer), which revealed folders within folders etc...
I uploaded from Cpanel - is that my problem? Do I have to upload this entire folder using the ftp method? (sorry if this is a juvenile question)
Am I supposed to manually open EACH folder and upload it's contents?
How will the website know which page I want the game on?
The website is a WP website - does that make a difference?
Should I upload it into the contents of WP?
I know WP has made us lazy, and I'm taking a development course...but "today" that doesn't do me any good. Your feedback is appreciated.
The specific files inside my folder can be seen here - http://i.imgur.com/A3yllbV.png
As for uploading the files, if you're using the GoDaddy file manager or any FTP client, simply selecting all the project files/folders on your hard drive and dragging them to the desired folder should upload them all at once.
WordPress unfortunately does not have any way to easily upload or accept TyranoBuilder games as far as I know, but you should be able to get around that by simply linking people to that new folder you placed the game's index.html in. The URL will be the same as your folder setup.
That's all :)
Helo laid it out really well, but to answer a couple of your questions.
You are correct about the the browser folder, you dont need to move the browser folder but you do need to move everything inside, doing it one by one isnt needed but it my be ideal to use the ftp so that you can move over all the files within the browser folder in one go. (So dont upload the folder but upload everything inside the folder)
Wordpress has its own index file so there may be conflict if you try to have them both in the same location, so you might have to put the tyranobuilder files in a subfolder like helo said... in your case if you uploaded the browser folder with everything in it that can act as your subdirectory, using helos example it might look something like: http://boop.space/browser_2015523_20372/ just replacing the url with your site name and the correct numbers for your browser folder or you can rename the browser folder to something shorter.
