If your wanting to do it as paid dlc/addons, currently tyranobuilder doesnt do this natively but there are post about how it could potentally be done if you search the forums, notible would be this one: http://steamcommunity.com/app/345370/discussions/0/351660338696242202/
In addition you could also do expansions as stand-alone games, and priced based on how much content is within the given expansion. last days of spring is a good example of this: http://store.steampowered.com/app/407680/Last_Days_of_Spring_Visual_Novel/ and it would only require you to make a second project using the same assets and then export it when finished as its own.
