I believe after the event ends you will no longer be able to get them from opening packs, but would have the small chance of racing a customer who uses the racing track tables and winning it from them.
You don't just get given them ... you gotta work for them ... and I mean work ... I've opened 600 boxes and only found 3 of the 9.

Yeah, it's quite a pain to get all of them. I'm probably about 1100 boxes in and I'm stuck on 7 out of 9 for about 200 boxes now.
These cars aren't limited time content. The cars will still be in the game, but after the 3 days the steampunk cars can only be gotten through races instead of the boosters.
Better but that still "limited content" if there is a 3 days timer after launch for the boosters. EVEN if they are still in the game in a way (races like u said) my point still valid.
