Prologue cars (6)

I have got 3/6 so far, but on my car rack it's saying 3/7 as there is a truck which I got in the demo. As the Prologue is out now I've had to download that and start a new game have I lost the truck I got in the demo?

When starting prologue it ambiguously asked about transferring save from demo.

you needed to transfer your save from demo to keep the Nextfest truck.
have no fear, if you dont mind collecting the prologue cars again, you have a way.

Below is location of the save folders:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\KikiGames

You should see two folders:
Supercar Collection Simulator Demo
Supercar Collection Simulator Prologue

If you don't see the folder for demo, than you may be out of luck. Maybe could use save from someone else, but i havent tried that.. hmm.

Backup the folders for safety, I personally right click and compress to .zip file.

Disable Steam Cloud Saving for prologue as it will interfere.

Delete "Supercar Collection Simulator Prologue" folder and start game, Pick YES when it asks about saves, LOAD game, and pick your save, check and make sure you have the Demo Monster Truck.

Side note: you could copy/paste the saves from demo to prologue if the game doesn't transfer right.

Enable Steam Cloud Saving if you want/use it.

You will have to hunt the Prologues Brick Cars again.
