how the heck do i track quests?

so i have just reached the first city about a hour and a bit of gameplay and i have the main quest and 3 quests from that quest board ( beside the dressed girl )

I need to find very specific things for the 3 side quests from the board on that huge map...
how the heck do i do this?

Can't do it, you just have to learn which enemy has which items.

not true, when you get the quest the game say what enemie drop the item. and when there's a quest whit an item required it's because you need to find while exploring or when you finish another quest before (idk if there's more diferent things i'm on day 10 and i'm going to fail Snif Snif :( Snif)
