Reason for Aerith Schemata not being included?

Anyone know if there's a reason the Aerith Schemata isn't included and it states specifically it will never be?
I did a search but didn't find a reason.
It seems a little weird stating "we didn't include it and we never will".

Except of course if they plan to have it as a pre order bonus for FFVII Remake or something.. :P

Licensing? Square owns FF. Which means they own Aerith's likeness and such. I'm gonna go with laziness.

Most likely though this could be linked into the always on drm, because they know people are going to mod the crud out of it.

That's not the reason. Game includes outfits from other FFs like VII or even FFs that we haven't seen on PC, like the Yuna outfit from FFX.

It has to do with the fact that Aerith's outfit is limited to the owners of the japanese guide of this game. May I say should, because someone ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and allowed anyone on consoles (for a limited time) to "purchase" it for free. So I guess it has to do with the agreement between Square-Enix and the publisher of the guide.

In any case, fear not, modders will find a way to implement its use in no time.

Yeah I'm willing to bet even if there's no game files, someone will just mod that outfit in (Like legit just recreate it)

I'm thinking it might be one of those Achievement rewards. Look at the Barter Shop and you'll see an achievement section.

Well, if I were SE I'd have done this. It's probably not going to be the case, but one can hope.
