Is there a launcher?

Or at least a way to change the settings. I had to change my resolution over the config file.

I have asked people the same question regarding graphic settings, but no one has answered me so far.

Hover mouse cursor at the top of the screen in game. There is a hidden pull down menu for game settings.

If you hover your mouse at the top while the game is running, it has a Graphics -> Display Resolution option. It looks pretty limited, though.
