When you play you first game it's annoying, if you are already NG+ though.. Then you have different options to quickly get the chocobo to full HP.
at first run it can be annoying but at NG you carry over all your items, just make enough chocobulls or another item like that and you'll heal AoV in no time without leaving the village
And make a thread on the Square Enix Lightning Returns Forum: http://forums.eu.square-enix.com/showthread.php?t=1445&page=85&p=2194442#post2194442
There's a moderator on there called Grimoire that is pretty good at responding.
Unless you speedrun the game like the OP and a number of other people do. A casual player MIGHT not have an issue, but even then, it's still a broken thing in a manditory part of the game and it means the game doesn't play as intended for them.
Remember the greens are not just for healing the white chocobo but also for a board quest.
Just consider a first time player, not from the perspective of those who even know about the alternates (which again, isn't even true for everything)
All my patches stopped working yesterday, very annoying as I needed Gysahl Greens for the Canvas of Prayers.
I'll still continue to message them in hope of helping them find the bug, but if everyone else could also send them a message describing when they experienced the bug it would really help, be sure to state that it only happens on the PC version.
Here's where to send an e-mail to: http://support.eu.square-enix.com/contacttop.php?id=9521&la=2
Thanks! :)
No problem! If you drop them a line and let them know when it happens to you, maybe it'll presuade them to look into it further.
Basically what this means is that if it aint game breaking they dont give a sh*t.
