Angel of Valhalla Bug?

I can't talk to the white chocobo anymore to finish main quest 3-2. I talked to him the first time except instead of choosing "Feed" I chose "Talk." Lightning just made a comment that the chocobo looks hungry then I couldn't talk to him anymore. I've gathered the 4 ingredients that you obtain from the other people in the village as well, but I still can't trigger a dialogue box to feed the chocobo.

I've tried transporting to another area then coming back. I've also tried saving, exiting the game, then loading the save file but it doesn't work.

Really not sure what to do considering pretty much all the other side quests come after one another. Any ideas?

EDIT: Nvm. Closed the game fully (not using the exit game button), started it up, and it worked again.

You can also just rest for 1 hour. But yea it seems bugged. Talking/feeding it will lock you from being able to talk/feed/mount it again until you rest or restart.

I once talked to it before recovering it and this didnt occur, odd.

it is not bugged. you are using a cheat to freeze time, right? to talk to him you have to let the time flows. every "minute" you can re-talk

Takes like 12 or so feedings to get him full charged.
