If you have a playstation or the PCSX2 emulator on your PC, I would highly recommend the Xenosaga series. It has an epic Sci-Fi story that is very adult.
Otherwise if you have a Wii U, try Xenoblade or Xenoblade Chronicles X. Xenoblade Chronicles X was only out in December and it's world is bigger than Skyrim, The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 combined.
The Xeno games are definitely some of the most adult japanese role playing stories.
Have you given a look at Dragon's Dogma?

It may NOT contain all you ask, and story is not very deep, but it's decently close of what you're asking. And pretty cheap, tho, you can probably get it at half price in many sites.
- J-RPG: Capcom. Check
- "Adult Story". Well, not a great story, but at least doesn't have "stup!d moments"
- "Cartoon/Old graphics". Well, they're not cartoonish, but they might be considered "old" since it's a port from a 2012/2013 game. Still, they made a good job on the HD port.
- Rich Scenarios/people/things: I'd say it has LESS scenario variety than LR-FFXIII. You'll keep running a lot of times through the same locations, back and forth, and in the end you may get bored. You won't talk that much with most people, it's not Skyrim. Probably the best part is the expansion, that, although linear, has a much better feeling to it.
- Battle system: Dynamic, and I think it's really a great battle system (If you played Dark Souls games, consider it as a similar system but on steroids)
- Playable on PC: You can get it on Steam.
The OP specifically said that he's cool with both turn-based and dynamic combat systems.
All of the group content you can queue for and be automatically grouped with random players. You don't have to communicate with them if you don't want to.
For example, let's talk about the Dark Souls series, that the OP "might" enjoy
- JRPG: Yes. From Software.
- Adult story: Er... uh... yes? The best phrase to describe Souls series story is : "I don't have a single idea of what the f*ck is going on"
- Cartoon/Old graphics: DS1 and 2 have grown old, but still decent graphics.
- Sidequests affecting Main story: No
- Rich scenarios: Absolutely. Art on DS series is awesome
- People: Totally not, few people, and you wouldn't talk with 95% of them if you found them in real life. Creeeeepy.
- Battle system: Dynamic
- PC?: Steam.
Another one: Valkyria Chronicles
- J"RPG": Yes. but mostly a J-TRpg (Tactics style)
- Adult story: Yes
- Cartoon/Old graphics: The CANVAS style might be unappealing for many people.
- Sidequests affecting Main story: No
- Rich scenarios: Don't expect high details or variety on tactics games
- People: Again, Tactics, not much talk, briefting, mission, dome dialog in between missions. Repeat.
- Battle system: Turns
- PC?: Steam.
. . . . and so on with 99% of the latest J-RPG games. I'd say that what the OP is asking for is for some sort of "Chrono-Tiggerized Witcher 3".
And how the hell does "too man happy moments" somehow make something not "an adult story"?
- Also xenoblades chronicles is pretty fun, plays like a mmo kind of, ff12 ish.
(someone mentioned this before...)
-FF type 0 HD
--The gate of firmament (google this to make sure you'll like it) chinese but eh eastern rpg
If you choose the Ps2 route you have Wild arms, star ocean, .Hack, FF games, phantasy star, xenosagas.
I think most JRPGs are what you dont want. Most Jrpg i know of and played aren't "open" world like western games. Most that i have played are not like dragon age, or the wticher.
(KH if you look at it from a pov perspective has disney chars in it... kid game am i right? its overly happy and kiddish, doesnt have a lot of side quests, )
