Find the 4 codes (1st day)

I m stuck on this quest and i dont want to end the day before doing that.
i cant find any codes, i looked on many walktroughts. is it maybe because i am doing that on night time because in quest is stated after 6AM. does that mean that it is impossible to do that quest because 1st day begins at night?

I believe you can only find the code during the daytime. (and possibly before 6pm). If I remember right, I was forced to wait until next day to begin searching for the 4 hidden digits.

Yes, you cannot find them the first night.

But you can go into the restricted area that night and spend whatever time you have left in there.

The main reason to do that is that area is only open from midnight to 6 AM. If you are are already in that area by 6 AM then you can grab that piece of the code without having to return again the second night. This gives you the rest of the day to find the other pieces of the code.

Otherwise you can find the other pieces of the code, but you can't do anything until you you get the fourth. Forcing you to wait until midnight to go back and get it.

After all, you can only enter the area between midnight and 6 Am. But you can exit the area at any time via a ladder.

As the game says, you should manage your time.
