Report a translation problem
For reference, on the Steam ver (looking in my folder) the saves are named
and are 536 KB in size (The autosave file is number 50)
If they look the same in the MS store version then they'll presumably work

I can't guarantee that it won't cause issues down-the-line, but given that both files are 536 KB, I really don't see why it would
(In fact, looking at the properties, both my saves, and your converted save, are 548,000 bytes/548,864 bytes on disk, so they very likely are exactly the same data wise)

Within here you will find files and also a container.[number] file, the coded files that aren't the container are your save files.
I'm thinking no because the steam version has loads of dlc unlocked but the game pass version is only the base game.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...I thought all game pass saves were shared across pc and xbox but guess not.
