Find The Code, Phone Broken?

I went to the graveyard before I had all 4 numbers and the phone was ringing so I left to find the code and when I came back now the phone never rings? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I been waiting from 00:00 ( 12 ) to 6:00 but the phone just never seems to ring again

Well, I've never done that mission with the codes, I just pushed my way in, I recommend you to do the same, you''ll have to fight one of those bots Hope rode in FFXIII if you do but it will be done much sooner, about your issue, if you still wanna go that way, wait for tomorrow I'd say, nothing else you can do, wait till midnight (12:AM) and go to the graveyard again!
