Favorite Place in FFXIII Trilogy?

This is just a fan discussion to talk about the best places of the 3 FFXIII games. I loved Isamu Kamikokuryo's art style in Lightning Returns, it just made every place memorable, accompanied by a great soundtrack.


I specialy loved Luxerion, from the first step Lightning takes into the city it just feels mysterious and unique.

Yusnaan also felt amazing, however, I wish there were more civilians around during the night time.

In 13, Lake Bresha. Absolutely love the looks of the place, all crystalised and all, and the music is great, too.

13-2, Academia (all versions).

In LR, gonna go with Luxerion, if only for the music.

I like Yusnaan and Wild land from Lightning Returns. Yusnaan is a beautiful city that I'd like to visit if it exists in reality.

it's pure chaos there. All of the civilians are being turned into monster and your characters are struggling through it is so good, not to mention the monster is easy to kill and it drop lot of cp. and of course the best part is the music. it so epic

Lighting Returns is my favorite of the XIII series. Luxerion is my favorite town in LR. Just love its dark, gothic aesthetics. As much as I hate 'side quests', I don't mind doing them in Luxerion. The civilian npc's have very interesting stories and quests. The music is really suiting to the environment.

Luxerion has a major jack the ripper esque london feel which is great in a macabre sort of way.
Depends on the mood I'm in I like both cities, yussnan is just a great fun place, and lux is downright creepy.

Also really liked the dead dunes, wildlands is kinda um, well every game. But dead dunes is one of the best examples of a desert I've seen in a game.

13, many places on pulse, lake bresha, oerba, tesseracts, lotta great places in 13 I'm forgetting.
13-2, really like the arch steppe and the themes there, liked academia as well.
