Didn't receive miqo'te dress

I did the choco lady quest and didnt get the dress.. how do you get the dress? do I have to do a new game plus and try again? I think I remember this being an issue on the 360 version as well.

I already have that one... but i dont remember if that is the way you get it.

Check another guide maybe the one you are following is wrong.

no its, right, i even got hope saying I got a new outfit and looked it up its supposed to be that dress. It just bugged.

okay after going into a newgame +, i may of figured out the problem. See, you get the flavor text of hope saying "you got a rare garb" but you ACTUALLY DONT GET IT HERE. You have to talk to the 4th girl a few times and get a few EXTRA fireworks.. THEN you get the garb.

So hope saying yo got a new garb is a complete lie because you dont get it right then, you have to get ALL the fireworks by keep talking to them until they dont have anymore.

TLDR if you dont exhaust all the chocoladys dialogue you will never get the dress.

How? You're not supposed to get more than 1 firework from each chocobo girl. They even say so if you try.

Are you playing with the uncapped FPS? Because I know that's known to cause a couple of problems.

Yeah normally you get one firework from each lady, but the one in the battle arena area gives like 4 or something, at least she did when i went to her last.

Never did for me.

The only thing I can think of would is that somehow the flag for you receiving the fireworks doesn't work the first time (which means you don't get the garb) and you have to try until it does work.

yeah the girl near the arena gives you 4 fireworks in a row for some reason. After talking to her multiple times I then got the flashy screen saying I got the dress. Hope sort of things the first firework was enough and says you got it, but you dont get it until you exhaust all the dialogue of all the girls. I think you should get 6 fireworks total.

Alrught I think i got it.you must play on FIXED framerate for this one because for some reason the fireworks flag has to be triggered multiple times on dinamioc framerate, resulting in having to talk tp the gilrs multiple times.Flavor text triggers on obtaining 4 fireworks, it doesnt mean you got the garb.
