Medieval total war province tax rates!

Hi there i was wondering if someone was able to help me, i have just got Medievela total war 1 and well i can load and play battles but when i go on to the campaign i cant load up the tax rate for each province as well as my diplomacy tabs and things like that any idea whats wrong. I have tried different resolutions and no luck.

My os windows 10
16 Gb ram Amd 8 core 4.5ghz
asus amd 270x graphics card!

Any help would be appriciated!

Sorry to hear that.... I suggest you try Steam Support (click "Help" in the top lefthand area of this Steam page, and then when the menu opens, click on "Steam Support").

I also suggest you search the official technical support forum for Total War Eras games (including Medieval 2 Total War), and if you don't find your answer there, then I suggest you start a new thread there:

So when you right-click a province, it doesn't display the tax rate? Or does it display the tax rate, but not the arrows on either side of it?

it isnt able to display the tax rate window or the diplomacy tab or the finace one or any of that sort of thing.

I have the same exact problem, whenever I click on the icons on the bottom (the ones with the money,crow and gold ecc.) or when I left click a province it makes sound and nothing happens, the sound is the one that should be played upon opening the menu. Did you find any solution in the meantime?

thats the problem i have excatly, explained better. amd alas no i havent solved ot yet! still seeing if someone has an answer!

Did you click on automanage taxes? If so, you won't be able to manage taxes in your provinces until you turn it off.

thats not the problem. as it would still load up the region. and rhe other tabs for diplomacy would work!

Well i just had a fiddle and if i click on the building tab after i right click on the province it allows me to bring it up. Strange

I havent found a perminate reply, but if you select the bulding of a province the tax rate will come up. however the game keeps crashing for me as well!

I have the same problem but if you right click a building you havn't bought so the description comes up then right click a provence you own in the gap between the two scrolls it does come up and while it's up you can click the other buttons in the bottom left (finances, agents, royal fam etc...) however it is a pain to play this way and if you click somthing else and the scroll goes away it's atually still there but invisable and you can't click anything on the right side of your screen until you right click a provence again wondering if it's gone or not.... cause it's invisable T.T annoying way to play.
