Revolvers Aim Broken! + DLC (PS4) [Major Rant]
Sorry, don't know were else to post this.

Me and my brother have been messing around with range weapons and one gun I'd like to use but CAN'T because it is BROKEN!

While trying to aim, your character will randomly start shooting at enemies that can be in front of you, face-to-face or few meters away.. Only way to USE these forsaken weapons is to go up close, REALLY up close and use them that way! Range doesn't exist on these damn guns!

Hell, even when your up face to your enemies, your gun will randomly fire in different directions.

What I found out as well is that your damn aiming is your F-ing movement!! Why is it not your camera like most games? AKA Diablo 3!

Off-topic:
Fractured Worlds, did you forget we didn't have armour?? Reflect means sh*t when armies or just even 1-2 enemies spit in your face and 1 shot you! Wtf this? PoE?

I'm not going to make a meta build just to fly by in this game! I want to use whatever weapons and destiny cards as I want!..

This is nearly as bad as Wolves of Midgard!
Fix this sh*t for the PS4 and I'd might give it a 4 star on Amazon.
Not fix, you'll be getting a 2 star!

Revolver aim works, it just isn't intuitive. They have an 'aim lock' effect that allows you to move while shooting, but it takes a few shots before it kicks in. So face the thing(s) you want to shoot at, stand still, hold down the attack button, and after a few shots are fired, you can move freely without your aim/facing changing. If you are continuously moving while you start shooting, your aim won't lock right away, so you'll get a few shots where you want, but then your facing will switch to whatever direction you were moving when the aim lock starts.

There is armor in this game. I don't generally worry about it, but there are more tanky setups if that's what you're into. Some of the DLC enemies are really strong and will kill you in one or two hits even with armor, so you'll have to pay attention to your positioning and try to avoid getting hit. I guess they just released a new patch to scale this stuff back a little bit, but it's just common sense that if your options are to 1) get hit, or 2) don't get hit, you should go with 2.

I don't know what you mean by 'Reflect', I'm only aware of two reflect effects in the game, and both only work on projectile attacks. One is a secondary effect of the Diamond power, the other is a special property of some Legendary swords.

I haven't found a build that can't at least work on Normal/no-hexes in this game. Some enemies will be tougher than others, but that's true for most builds.

The "aim lock" on them is horrible. I've used all ranged weapons and they lock on from a good certain distance while the revolvers are up close and not range..
Even on PC I can move around while shooting, while on console, I have problems aiming with these revolvers and other weapons sometimes.

With armour, I've been tanky and still get rekt in the DLC's. For me, armour just doesn't exist in this game.. Also, I play with 4/5 hexes on without 50% dmg for enemies, they still 1-2 shot you.. I wouldn't want to try the 50% for enemies..
I can dodge for ages and barely make any dmg moves because the enemies are stupidly OP and 1 shot you before you can do anything..

I'm just going to wait for patch and if the patch doesn't fix this.. I ain't ganna be happy, lol..

The lock on for revolvers is exactly the same as the lock on for shotguns, but you have to manage your movement. If you don't stop for the first couple shots, you're going to end up firing in the wrong direction, and then you'll be stuck facing that direction until you stop shooting.

How much armor are you running, and what is one-shotting you? They just nerfed Scorpion Bully, Succubus Swordmaiden, and Hellhound Alpha, but I haven't seen how much, because I know to avoid taking melee hits from those enemies. I also avoid the big smashes from Skeleton Brutes and Vampire Knights in the base game, regardless of armor. You also need to stack health if you want to tank, but I don't play that style, so I don't know the optimal ratio of health:armor.

I still don't understand what problems you think need to be fixed. So far, your feedback amounts to, "I don't want to learn how to use revolvers, and also the game is too hard."

If you can't clear content with hexes on, turn them off. If you're running a build that's so bad it can't do Normal, try switching to Casual.

You've clearly either ignoring the clear sign of PS4 in the title or trolling..
The patch for PC is out and I know about the nerfs but they are NOT OUT for PS4..

And no, I've played harder games than "this" and not "moaning" about "I don't want to learn".. And no, shotguns aim damn better than revolvers.

The game is "not too hard", I know how to play and dodge in this game, I just don't appreciate trash mobs 1-2 shotting me while I'd espect a boss to do that..

I can clear the main game with my build + 4/5 hexes, but when you do the DLC's, it's like any build I do gets trashed because of the OP MOBS!..

Not ganna argue with you.
Cya.
