Legendary Thread
Below is a list of every Legendary Item I have either found, seen in a screenshot, or heard a reference to on the forums. If you have something I have not listed or can otherwise fill in gaps in my knowledge, let me know.

Legendary Items


Swords

Lady Luck
Critical chance increased by 20%
<No Second Stat>
Enemies drop gold piles when critically hit

Shackles
+50 Armor Penetration
Attack cooldowns reduced by 2 seconds on overkill (1 second cooldown)
Larger Daze area. Dash attack inflicts damage to all Dazed enemies.

Storm
Critical chance increased by 15%
Attack speed increased by 15%
Critical hits create ball lightnings


Rapiers

Needle
Attack speed increased by 15%
Inflicts Vulnerable with 15% chance
Charge attack leaves a trail of fire

Power Foil
Damage increased by 20% when overdrive meter is full
Critical hits knock back enemies (5 second cooldown)
Grants additional Charge use without triggering a cooldown


Shotguns

The Repeater
40% faster weapon skill cooldowns
Critical hits knock back enemies (5 second cooldown)
Greatly Increased attack speed

Vera
+50 Armor Penetration
Inflicts Vulnerable with 15% chance
Exploding shells*
*Regular shots do ae damage.


Hammers

Meteor
+35 Armor Penetration
Knocks back enemies with 15% Chance
Attacks cause a meteor to fall from the sky

Justice
35% faster weapon skill cooldowns
Inflicts Daze on crit (20 second cooldown)
Crush attack creates a vortex that pulls enemies toward you

Hellfire
Damage increased by 15%
Inflicts Daze on crit (20 second cooldown)
Smash attack creates a lake of molten fire

Pumpkin Hammer
Damage increased by 25% when overdrive meter is full
Attack cooldowns reduced by 1 second on overkill (1 second cooldown)
Spawns exploding pumpkins on overkill


Lightning Guns

Spark
30% faster weapon skill cooldowns
While equipped find 30% more items
Random electrocuted enemy is struck by Lightning every 3 seconds

Nova
Attack speed increased by 15%
Attack cooldowns reduced by 3 seconds on overkill (1 second cooldown)
Dodging leaves behind a Lightning Trap (Cannot trigger more than once every 15 seconds)*
*Appears to be bugged with timer set at 8 seconds instead of 15.

The Reactor
Damage increased by 20% when health is above 90%
Gain 150 health on overkill (10 second cooldown)
Creates an explosion on overheat


Consumables

Lucky Rabbit’s Foot
Unlimited Use
Critical chance increased by 100% for 5 seconds.
45 Second cooldown

Med Kit
Unlimited Use
300 HP Heal and remove 1 negative effect. Extra 150 HP heal if an effect is removed
20 Second cooldown

The Seer

The Blademaster
3 Destiny Point Cost
+20% Sword Critical Damage
Gain Regeneration for 10 seconds when Sword Slash or Dash attacks Crit.*
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card
*May stack like The Swashbuckler but I do not have a copy

The Swashbuckler
3 Destiny Point Cost
Gain Focus for 5 seconds when you kill an enemy with a rapier*
Coup de Grace causes Daze for 3 seconds on hit.
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card
*Kills add 5 seconds to the timer with no apparent cap instead of resetting the timer. Ie kill 2 enemies in 1 hit and gain focus for 10 seconds. Kill another enemy 1 second later and you have focus for 14 seconds (10-1+5)

The Smith
3 Destiny Point Cost
+100 Armor when carrying a Hammer
Hammer attacks do double damage against foes at full health
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card

The Hunter
3 Destiny Point Cost
+10% Damage on split timing attacks*
Point Blank Shot now grants Might in addition to its normal effect
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card
*I have no idea what a split timing attack is

The Lightning
3 Destiny Point Cost
+10% Damage vs Electrocuted foes
-50% Lightning Ball Cooldown; +50% Lightning Ball Duration
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card

The Reaper
3 Destiny Point Cost
+5 max soul shards
Crits and Overkills grant an extra scythe soul shard
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card


The Inventor
3 Destiny Point Cost
Increases the effect and range of bombs
Leave a Frost Bomb behind when you dodge (60 second cooldown)
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card

The Saint
4 Destiny Point Cost
+20 Armor Penetration per equipped Divine card
Enemies drop health orbs on hit that restore 100 health when picked up
Divine*
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card
*May roll any power from the Divine modifier pool

The Devil
4 Destiny Point Cost
+20 Armor Penetration per equipped Wicked card
Enemies drop orbs on hit that grant brutality when picked up
Wicked*
Unique. You can’t equip more than 1 copy of this card
*May roll any power from the Wicked modifier pool

Those are not legendary if it's not orange coded (DEVS im pointing at you)! I mean why break the universal color code on legendary for loot games just to make it look like you're different because you are not! :diaxe::diaxe::diaxe:

Item Quality colors are not consistent across games and do not have to be.
"Orange" is just as of late been the "standard" as people are familiar with it trough mmo's and rpg.

There are a bunch of games where legendaries or artifacts are colored "Gold" or "Purple" or where mmo's have changed items that were previously "Legendary" to "Epic" and added a new Tier of items which they then call "Legendary" along with a new color code.

And since it is early access for all we know they might add fruit items and color code it "Orange" just to mess with us.

I said "loot games", i don't care about mmo's. ARPG is my favorite genre cause i'm a loot ♥♥♥♥♥ :claugh: so i'm pretty used to orange color being as legendary (i dont care about the rest). I might be overracting because this game might not be even a loot game. Anyway I really hope they reconsider this.

Borderlands 2 has 8 ranks and yet they still manage to keep orange as the legendary color. Legendary was only rank 5.

Or maybe the reason its only purple is because there's just 2-3 ranks of item level?

Yes, at the moment there are only Common, Uncommon, Rare and Legendary.

I see, that's few. I guess we can consider the game as a sort of arcade action rpg with some loots (ex. sacred 3, gauntlet).

i found a hand cannon called chimera that says;
while equipped: monsters drop 100% more gold
critical hits knock back enemies (cooldown 5 seconds)
basic attacks fire 3 projectiles

and a card called cannon that takes 3 destiny:
gain brutality for 1 sec per foe hit with a grenade ( brutaility-increases outgoing damage 50%)
explosive jump causes frailty for 5 seconds on foes ( frailty-incoming damage received +100%)

just curious if anyone knows the difference between bombs as referenced in the inventor card and grenades in the cannon card because i want to combine all 3. i do see a difference in my grenade animation with inventor, but i think there is a difference between grenades and bombs i dont know. Thank you.

Bombs are the consumable items, in the inventory tab where your potions are. :)

There are also now legendary demonpowers in the game.
Just found a legendary purging flame:
124-164 damage per sec
max. duration: 10.3 secs (shorter then rare with 11 sec)

sadly there aren't any other effects on this one; would love to see some bonus effect

I created this guide 1 month after this post. Steam guide are easy stuff and can be more visual compare to a thread list. I try to update everytime i can with informations i gather myself and only for weapons/potions slot stuff.

Cards should get their own guide and demons powers have just been updated to drop as legendary which is not a big improvement by itself (more stats and we still drop tons of it). Weapons are easy to update and are always been a request from players to see what they could expect from them in term of stats and effects.

I prefer to wait for cards and see what improvement we could get. 17 variations of the same card (normal card + 8 divines + 8 wickeds) with an aleatory stat on it for some... multiplied per the number of rarity/points cost cards : it's a huge system.

i got a legendary sscythe called vengence:
says damage increased by 40% when health belowe 50% and gain 135 health on crit (5s cd)
triggers a meteaor strom when health drops below 40%, cooldown 60s
