Bug Reports

Please use this thread to report bugs.

In case you have encountered crashes or are unable to launch the game:

(on Windows)
1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Type %appdata% in the address bar and press Enter
3. Look for a folder called Victor Vran, zip up the contents of the Logs and Crashes folders inside it (if any), and email them to support at haemimontgames dot com.

(on Mac OS X)
1. Open Applications->Utilities->Console
2. Look for the "User Diagnostic Reports" section on the left.
All crash reports start with "VictorVranSteam".
3. Select one report and press Command+R (or right click -> "Reveal in Finder") to open the containing folder.
4. Archive all related reports and email them to support at haemimontgames dot com.

As always, we encourage you to use the in-game bug reporter (F1) to send us bugs. Bug reports made with F1 contain beneficial game information (logs of things that happened in the game, short info about your hardware, etc.) that will help us resolve the issue faster.
N.B. We will appreciate it if you fill in your email address when submitting reports through the in-game bug reporter. We will be contacting you only if we need further info to resolve the issue.

While having the "The Devil" destiny card equipped when using a sword skill it freezes the character making it unable to attack/move/dodge, jumping unfreezes the character.

Also typo "eqipped" ;)

I seem unable to reproduce this issue. Can you submit a bug from the in-game bug reporter. This way we will be able to test it with your exact build.

V 1.01 Achievements that can't be done :

Infested burrow : slay 25 spiders within a window15 secondes / Achievement don't count the kill
The Hollows : slay 50 monsters within a window of 90 secondes / as previous one
The Ossuary : find secrets / Chests are not taken into account
Defiled Chapel : Overkill Wraiths / No count kill

Mouse cursor tend to sometime disappears (after whatching inventory or looking map)

Emmm whats happend i cant start Victor Vran i press play but nothing happening and yastarday i played without any problems o.O?

On Destiny cards with the "Wicked" stat that saids "Gain brutality by X amount of seconds when overdrive is filled.

Whenever the overdrive gets filled to 100% nothing happens, i tested it with 2 different cards both have the Wicked + brutality stat and both cards do not trigger brutality on 100% overdrive.

Hi guys,
Here is a bug that I cannot report via the Interface of the game. While I play a bug with the Interface happens and i Cannot open objectives with tab or go to the main menu with escape. I cannot even use f1 and f2 for fedback and bug report. The only way to do this is by kill the game and restart it.

Wildcard Destiny card "3% Crit Damage + 3% Damage for each destiny card" does not seem to work. Equipping the card does not show any increase in Crit Damage

The Smith Unique Destiny card, equipping the card without having any hammer equipped/ in inventory still adds +100 Armor also typo on the card "carring"

Just want to mention.. i made a bugreport about the price of potions. Just.. dont read it.. its to stupid to comprehend and not bugged at all. I was looking at the selling price -_-

Also.. fast magic essences have as trait.. "aracne wave" ... are yu sure thats not "arcane wave"? that would make more sense :D

Might as well mention it even though im not sure if it is intented or not.

When u restart a area health and debuffs/buffs do not get reset, chests do not respawn either they remain opened on resetting the instance.

Buying items in bulk from the vendor (Holding Right mouse button) only uses the first initial cost and does not count the total cost correctly.

As in i can buy 5 Health Potions for 100 Gold instead of what would cost me 500 Gold if i were to buy them seperate.

Ich habe alle Treiber aktualisiert, aber Victor Vran startet !!! nach dem Update 1.02 !!! nicht mehr. Ich erhalte (!!nur bei Victor Vran, alle anderen Steam Spiele funktionieren ohne Probleme!!) immer wieder die Fehlermeldung

Beim starten des Spieles aus dem Ordner erscheint noch folgende Fehlermeldung:

VictorVranSteam.exe - Einsprungspunkt nicht gefunden
Der Prozedureinsprungspunkt "K32GetProcessMemoryInfo" wurde in der DLL "KERNEL32.dll" nicht gefunden.
