The Fool Card
Is it as it says? Has no effects or passive abilities? Or is that the joke and it's super powerful?

it seems random to me what you get, except that you get a divine / wicked card if you used only divine / wicked the fool cards. You can even get legendary cards through this.
And you get an achievement if you collect all the different fool cards (different description).

Divine/wicked property without using destiny points, nice to fill slots if you use expensive cards

maybe for ealry game ...but the game is too short, so it's useless
