Finding Exterminator

I have spend around 300+ hours in the game and I am yet to find exterminator. Has anyone been able to find it off late? I assume this was not an EA item. This goes to dev, is there a reason for some legendaries to be rarer to find? I have like 20 shackles sitting in my inventory and multiple duplicates of other legendary.

Found one, Level 46, Widows Mines, doing bounties, dropped after I defeat Rock Elemental (Champion).

P.S.: It was after completing a bounty, code: POINT-RAISE-ISSUE

I found lots of these kinds of weapons farming that spider boss.For me quickest way.I haven't played this in a few weeks but I think I needed a weapon equiped that gave me a mf chance or whatever it is called here (memory is short) when doing this too , and the extra enemy buffs enabled.Run on sentence I know but hopefully you get the point.

Yep, you mean the Finger of Chaos, purple sword available from GabeN's shop. 40% magic find.

Cool weapon ,this one I didn't find yet but I found others.I was using a weapon with a mf bonus but it didn't give a percentage and it was a rare but it was lucky for me.When i download the update I will load it back up and upload screenshots of my finds.Thanks

there're 3 different loot buffs from weapons:

• better weapons (without %)
  
• % more items normally 34% max. (except Fingers of Chaos)
  
• % more gold
