It was on sale last winter, but after that seems dev\publisher forgot about it.

Hmm. Yeah, according to steamDB, it was on sale for $5 during 2023, the Summer/Halloween/Fall/Winter sales, but nothing since. (can't see further back because I haven't made an account there)

And based on my purchase history, I got it in winter 2015 for $10.
