For cards I've got a wicked level 6 slayer w extended roll, divine bishop, lvl 3 knight (been looking for a 4 and got a spare divinity stone for it), the seer for bonus points and divine moon I think thats it, topped off with Zealot armour. Killed the pumpking first try by the Inhaler took a few respawns to take down his acolyte vamps and that enormous crowd of skeletons and pyro skeletons (miasma made short work of them).
As soon as I wasn't getting mobbed and trapped between vamp beams I made reasonably short work of him with the scythe stun but did have to use potions.
