How/where can i find the pumpkin pie?

Was looking forward to that event myself, but i'm starting to think it was a one time thing giving away the pies. I didn't have the game back then, and after 22 hours of play time i didn't find a single one to use. This is really disappointing.

Isn't it dropping at its usual location? By the Lord of the Pumpkins?
I've farmed it before by going to "The Larder", then going to the previous area, and I end up right next to The Lord of The Pumpkins. I kill him and sometimes he drops a pie. If not - restart the area and you're right there again. I used to get one in 3-4 tries.
