Best LEECHER Build [hard mode]

As title suggests, i'm looking for an effective life leech build in hard mode.

I have tryed several already, and,to be honest in normal they all work like a charm.

In hard,on the other hand,most of them are usless: best way is probably a crit build with as much Hope and Strenght cads as you can carry... with one Buishop and OBVIOUSLY at least a legendary weapon with leech on crit.

That being said, i'm open to any suggestion.

You could check out my Pistol Vigilante Guide in the guide section on steam. I’m going out on a limb to say there’s no better lifesteal build out there, at least that I’ve read or tried. It uses lifesteal as its ONLY way of healing. It’s also tried and tested on hard mode and upper fracture tiers.
