Widow's Mine 5th Wraith

So I've done Widow's Mine completely twice now, and have yet to find a 5th wraith for the campaign. Could someone pls tell me where they all reside? Thanks a bunch!

• 2 on the way east
  
• 1 at the end of the first secret area (double jump)
  
• 1 in the second secret area (walk-through wall)
