SUPER-Hard final boss?

Well, I'm level 21 and I'm in the final boss fight. I think it's very very difficult. I'm so disappointed and I'm thinking about let this game unfinished.
I've no problems with phase 1 and phase 2 (the one where you have to destroy 3 crystals). But phase 3 is incredibly-unbalanced difficult.

Any help?
Someone feel the same about this final fight?

I was 3X level too. You can equip better cards at higher level.
For example: Hope +1500 hp but it cost 6.

level up get good weapons get good card combo its not a hard boss you probably rushed without bothering to build your character and thats not how arpg's are meant to be played

Yes, I think I rushed a bit... Anyway, I changed the difficult to easy and beat the final boss at the first attempt.
I know the "solution" was to level up (like almost in every game based in levels of a character...), but it was strange to me because all the other bosses were also easy. And the whole game was a easy road.

no worries dude it happens the difficulty spike is probably because of his mechaniques that have to be dealt with / avoided fast and you probably had low hp cuz of your level to handle the damage

I just cleared the game in Hardcore mode. Level 29 without upgrade any equipment.
At the 3rd stage, you can leave the arena. The machines around the arena can block Garbiel's bullets.
You only need a lighting gun to shoot him.

Im Level 41 and I cant bring him down, weapon damage is too low. I guess there is some scaling in there, otherwise I cant imagine beating him with level 21.

I was Level 18 when I've defeated Lord Gabriel today. Make sure to have Shockwave equipped as it comes handy to destroy the two totems and practice a little while maybe you'll make it out if you're good enough. Took me 3 attempts to understand how to complete this game!
