Healers/Medics - how deal with them?
On second island there is so much of healers and I have problem with killing them. What is the best way to dealing with them?

Plus, what Project 320 in base upgrades is?

try a mix of machine gun and cryogenic towers. Also upgrade them.
I know at first it seems like impossible to kill them. It might take some grinding on previous levels to have enough gems to upgrade.

Ok I have dealt with basic healers, now I'm on first stage of 5 level where another healers appeared. 2 big round, white robots. They're just impossible, I killed 4 or 6 of them but then there is wave with them and huge number of normal monster. I'm trying to slow down one of them so they don't heal each other but at the end it's still at least one of them and a ton of other monsters. Please help

I really like this game but healers make this game basically unplayable. I understand that some grind is required to upgrade but because of them it is absurd. It's boring to play previous levels so many times to get upgrades that help to deal with them.
Why there is no option to attack specific enemy, or at least healer could have less HP(3000 is too much).
I will try to beat that cursed level few more times but it is really became boring chore.

I have played through to the penultimate island. I have yet to be really bothered by medics. I certainly haven't gone back to grind gems just to progress because of them (sheer numbers of overwhelming waves, yes, but not medics). At one point, I didn't even realise that I was only playing with half my gems because I'd locked them under one of the advanced tower types and then "reset" the base type of the same tower - I had several hundred gems just sitting there doing nothing. I got stuck and then when I realised that was possible, beat the wave on the first try with the new upgrades from my previously "hidden" gems.

The trick with this game is to modify tactics often. Play to see what waves come. What ones you can just handle as background noise and which ones genuinely stump you. Even notice whether you need a longer sustained attack on them across the board, or a pinch-point to overwhelm them.

It's all too easy to try to use the tactics from the previous level, and rarely works. And it's easy to overlook things like your towers being in range of SO MUCH of the path that they don't take out the unit you need them to.

With medics, especially, I've let them slide through right to the gate. They do nothing once they are there. Then you can have one tower just take them out slowly over time while you make sure nothing else can come up behind and benefit from their healing. Use your blocks to separate medic from infantry. Don't let medics join up with the larger units at all. But just let them slip through and sit at your gate doing nothing!

Even the order in which you take out the existing buildings in the early stages of a level can make a difference. Sometimes the money is needed to build that extra tower to tip the balance and sometimes you can wait until near the end before you knock them down because your time is too precious to waste on them.

Be flexible and change tactics and be prepared to struggle on the initial waves just to have the right kinds of towers to handle that problematic wave right at the end.

Use Death Ray (new weapon), to kill huge waves.
