I know at first it seems like impossible to kill them. It might take some grinding on previous levels to have enough gems to upgrade.
Why there is no option to attack specific enemy, or at least healer could have less HP(3000 is too much).
I will try to beat that cursed level few more times but it is really became boring chore.
The trick with this game is to modify tactics often. Play to see what waves come. What ones you can just handle as background noise and which ones genuinely stump you. Even notice whether you need a longer sustained attack on them across the board, or a pinch-point to overwhelm them.
It's all too easy to try to use the tactics from the previous level, and rarely works. And it's easy to overlook things like your towers being in range of SO MUCH of the path that they don't take out the unit you need them to.
With medics, especially, I've let them slide through right to the gate. They do nothing once they are there. Then you can have one tower just take them out slowly over time while you make sure nothing else can come up behind and benefit from their healing. Use your blocks to separate medic from infantry. Don't let medics join up with the larger units at all. But just let them slip through and sit at your gate doing nothing!
Even the order in which you take out the existing buildings in the early stages of a level can make a difference. Sometimes the money is needed to build that extra tower to tip the balance and sometimes you can wait until near the end before you knock them down because your time is too precious to waste on them.
Be flexible and change tactics and be prepared to struggle on the initial waves just to have the right kinds of towers to handle that problematic wave right at the end.
