Panels & Ending Analysis
As I've played different routes/endings, I've noticed that the panels in the credits begin to progressively glow more and more, although a good chunk of them are still darkened. One of them has Bunny holding a sign that says 'no-hit' which is kinda obvious, but the rest are a bit more ambiguous.

Has anyone figured out how to make EVERY panel glow, and what their causes might be?

On a similar note, do you guys think there might be some 'true-er' ending past the one you get from beating Wolf in the final level? If I had to wager, perhaps something can occur if you unlock every other ending, and have to perform some specific actions in a route.

Endings
The list of endings (speculation + going off of memory, I haven't been able to get the ending spinner to appear anymore so take the names and endings themselves with a grain of salt)

  • "Really really happy" Ending: Reach the Wish with at least 1 crew member dead
  • True Ending: Reach the Wish with every crew member alive.
  • No-Hit Ending: self explanatory
  • Psycho Ending: ???
  • Bizzare Ending: ???
  • Speedrun Ending: Beat the game fast (like 5-6 minutes)

If it means anything, I distinctly remember two variations of the 1st ending, one in which they play the "Father" thing straight, and another where both Wolves laugh about how the crew fell for the "Father" thing, but they both said "really really happy" ending IIRC? It's weird.

Credit Panels
List of credit panels (in order, describing what they are + how I believe they're obtained)
  • Player MEKKA kicking the Bunny Bosses head off: Kill the Bunny Boss with a kick
  • Bunny trying to pick up the Captains Sword: Defeat the Captain and interact with his Sword
  • Wolf looking in the mirror, wearing a collar: (Theory) Try using the collar on yourself? Granted, I font have this one, and I never did try that in game play.
  • 1st Shopkeeper sitting on a giant pile of gold: (Theory) Defeating the Secret boss will cause the 1st Shopkeeper to return, replacing the 2nd one. After this, buying things from her will cause her to wear progressively more jewelry, eventually being fully decked out in gold and a dress. I presume you need to reach this level.
  • Bunny lounging while being fanned: (Theory) Max out Bunny.
  • Bird sitting with his sister: (Theory) Max out Bird.
  • Dragon teaching a math class: (Theory) Max out Dragon.
I have the 3 above ones, but do not remember how I did it. Its either maxing them, having them survive, or some specific interactions
  • Wolf knocked out by Bunny: No clue. Looks most obviously like when you try to kiss Bunny and she kicks you away, but I've done that a few times and don't have this so that can't be right. It also can't be maxing Wolf, since I've done that plenty as well.
  • Bunny and Bird holding up a sign that says 'No Hit': (Theory) No-Hit the game. If its not this then we might as well be cooked.
  • The whole crew standing together happily: No clue. Don't have this one despite maxing out the entire crew multiple times and doing many things together like taking the photo or looking at the Aurora Borealis (at this time of year)
  • Wolf, Bird, and Bunny standing together, holding a Belt that says "1st": (Theory) Win the eating mini-game at the mall and obtain the Belt. Bunny is visibly holding the belt, although I have this one despite not giving it to her. Dragon is also mysteriously absent?
  • The entire crew + 1st Shopkeeper taking a photo: (Theory) Beat the secret boss? I have this one and don't remember when, although it appeared relatively recently and that's all I can think of since I also did the secret boss. Bit strange to have this one AND the one where you have to buy a ♥♥♥♥ ton of stuff after beating the secret boss, but w/e.
Uncompleted ♥♥♥♥
Stuff I have not done for brevity sake:
  • Rush Must Die Mode
  • Speedrun Ending
  • Psycho Ending
  • Bizzare Ending

I'd be willing to wager at least 1-2 of the panels above would be unlocked by these being beaten.

Yap
I don't know if there's some sort of ending on a higher tier than the True ending, but if there was, I would presume that beating every ending and unlocking every panel would be a part of this. I really hope there is, sine IMO even the True Ending isn't a very fulfilling ending. There has to be something more with the Therapist stuff!

These are actually two different endings... The second one is called truth ending...

You can get the spinner to show up again by reaching the end without the whole crew alive...
You can indeed wear the collar and it does grant you that panel...
The wolf knocked out by bunny thing is obtained by trying to give her her panties... They're hidden in her room...
The last picture is indeed for the secret boss... You can see him holding his fingers up to make a frame like he does in his battle intro... (Plus other details in the photo...,)
I have been trying to get the shopkeeper one but it seems that getting the dress isn't enough? Maybe there's a layer beyond that or something...
Rush Must Die mode gives you a red crown over the yellow one... No panels...

The first two endings with super weak bosses and only 5 fights is part of what I'd call as a prologue (need fully alive crew though), and only after that the game proper starts, with giving you rankings and all that.

Bizarre ending: during the night, use a pack of smokes on wolf repeatedly until you get it

ending slides confirmations
-Wolf knocked out by bunny: Bunny's room has a fake wall/opening on the left side, a little bit above the wardrobe. Go all the way around bird's room in this secret passage and you'll get an item you should definitely show to bunny. Also try microwaving it for a funny message, as well as showing it to everyone else.
-Entire crew + shopkeeper: beat the secret boss

fairly certain of these ending slides, but not 100%
-Wolf, Bunny and Bird with 1st prizes: Win prizes from all three mall minigames. Third place or better in the shooting arcade (has to be done first), plushie from the strength game (has to be done before bunny leaves line), win/survive the butter eating contest (just tap left/right as fast as possible, and tap up/down as fast as possible when wolf flashes blue). May require giving the shooting medal to bird and plushie and/or butter champion belt to bunny.
-Wolf with collar: buy and give a collar to bird, he seems to be the only one that accepts it (causes wearer to take double damage, I guess useful if you want to try killing off bird without the dragon dying?). I at least have the panel lit up, but don't think I managed to get Wolf to wear it, so might have received it via bug.

Im 90% sure you're mistake about the true ending.

Theres three variations (atleast from what I've seen) about how the father thing goes

1. They play the father thing straight
2. Both wolves laugh about how theyve been trolling the crew
3. The "father" is killed by another wolf and we fight that wolf and kill them

1 & 2 had no final fight and had the same ending screen. 3 had the final fight and the true ending. I'm very certain that 1 & 2 are the same ending since I dont remember any new ending name besides the happy one

Bizarre ending is moderately easy to achieve: you have to buy a pack of ciggies and the description points out it's too early to smoke one, so you have to keep progressing until Rush wakes up in the middle of the night, head to the bathroom and just chug the whole pack of ciggies

I do remember now that the first time(s?) I played the game it was shorter, had no level branches, and also had no rankings. I'm not sure the significance of moving towards the normal game, or what caused said shift to happen though

I can confirm that the collar thing doesnt seem to be giving it to bird, since I've done that multiple times and dont have the panel.

I also never gave bunny the belt and I still have that one. It might just be getting 1st place in general

well in my defense i did say 'true' not 'truth' ending. Although now i see that these are in fact three different endings

"Really happy" ending
Truth Ending
True(?) Ending
Can't confirm as I've yet to do it, but I believe one of the panels will be for getting a platinum medal on every level in a run. Wolf strikes a similar pose any time you get a platinum medal.
I don´t think there´s a true ending or something like that since I went and check all the text from the characters and the therapist only has around 10 lines and while some of them are curious (one of them shows when you start RMD) i dont think theres an ending that stops the loop.

Like, we can deduce that Wolf was left alone after the events of the game and decided to stop looping after getting mentally unstable due the effects of the loop (like seeing himself during some events or the bizarre ending)

Also i want to believe the guy that you find in the secret floor in the mall could be Wolf himself

I cannot for the life of me find the "secret boss" you guys are talking about- Could you tell me how I can trigger/find him?
