2 events requirements met yet says I don't
I'm playing as Tuscany (started as Florence) the year in game is 1431. I have a problem with the events "The Florence Cathedral" and "The First Modern Engineer". according to the tooltips I have all requirements met for the events to fire (all green checkmarks) however the tooltips still say " requirements not met".
