Tatar Yoke liberation war CB, 53 months

You are a subject. Your overlord is bankrupt and at war, You figure it might be a good time now to declare a war of liberation for your people - but you understand that since you are a part of the Tatar Yoke you can't just go declaring wars against the Tatars (Golden Horde) without a CB first. You can declare against the Pope or the King of French all you like but not the invaders who are militarily in a poor place at the moment.

So you start building that Spy Network at 0.7 progress to 20 (=29 months) for that liberation CB.

After those months you start the actual process of generating the CB at 4% a month to 100% (=25 months)

You send a few letters of wellwishing and bottles of Vodka to your allies (who are part of the Yoke and have a high liberty desire) so that they would not be engaged in a war after those 53 months pass, and you pray to a few Slavic gods that the Tatars themselves have not recouperated after you gave them 4-5 years to get their ♥♥♥♥ together (Bankruptcy lasts 60 months)

I guess the lesson here is that one should have a spy network at all times when they are even considering declaring a war at X time in the future.

Edit: There was also a decent coalition against the Tatars during this time which I've joined... But naturally, and logically - if one wins a coalition war (or no-CB war, any war besides liberation war) a 100-0 against their invader they can't just stop being their subject. No- it must naturally, and logically happen in the circumstance of the liberation war. Else their overlord will just say, in a very authoritative manner, that they are still your overlord even if you razed all their cities to ashes. And you naturally, will have to respect that wish.

I have seen once a message about total collapse of Golden Horde, all their subjects were released and some new nations appeared iin their lands. But it was truely rare, never happened since.

Well if you want to be Free from that, why do you just start installing a Spy Network and get CB´s when they are so vulnarable? xD

Am I missing something here or reading wrong? I recently played 3 games as Muscovy and within 15 years every time I was free and 2 out of 3 games caused collapse of Golden Horde. There is literally a button in the situation "break free from the tatar yoke" which is free and instant "show superiority" war declaration.
