Whyt can't they fix Naples?

22 ducats a month just for cost of court + 8 for diplomacy. Why cant Paradox fix them? They were supposed to be starter Nation.

Naples is very OP. Blobs like crazy in all my runs.

all the sliders are at 0 at the start of the game but you are instantly greeted by -30 ducats a month.

You are always greeted with a wrong number at the start, thats why you have to unpause and in the better case let a month tick through to get the actual number.

the trades nations start with are very, very bad typically. they will clear automatically on the month tick or you can cancel them to get a better idea before unpausing
