Should I buy Fate of the Phoenix DLC?

[memoric]

Hello
I'm asking if I should buy the DLC now? Are the major bugs fixed? Is the game playable without the DLC?
I'm thinking of buying the Premium Edition, so I want to know, if this DLC breaks some fundamentals mechanics in the game, or if I'm safe to buy?
Thanks!

You should buy it if you want to play as Byzantium. It adds nothing to other countries.

This.

It is essentially a content pack for Byzantium, and adds very little to your game unless you are playing as Byzantium. It doesn't break anything either, though.

Ah ok, thank you for your help!

It add some fun for Byzantium but unless you are going to make several run with em, the price is really high.
