how do i change resolution?

this game used to go into full screen (obviously with lower resolution). now it only shows up in high resolution in a very small box in the center of the screen...how do i make it bigger? there does not seem to be any options to increase the size of the screen (even full screen does nothing).

Just had this problem too....forgot I had resolution scaling turned off. NVIDIA Control Panel > Adjust desktop size and position > Aspect ratio/Full-screen > Apply. Hope it helps!
