Sometime i cry by a river so I can better understand it.

But yeah . . how do i fix this?

The game needs to have the Steam client running and be connected to the Internet while playing.

Steam has an official offline mode, so your game should support that if possible.

If this is an intentional requirement it needs to be disclosed on the store page (under system requirements or similar).

I fixed it by restarting steam.

Why do I need to be online to run this game? Thats an incredibly obnoxious requirement, and makes this game unplayable for me most of the time as someone who currently has no interent at their place of residence.
