How can I get the "impossible deck" and "the number one card" achievement???

Create a deck containing Orrora, Reuben, PHOEBE, Kaeli and Tristam, then select "GM Battle". You should be matched against a certain opponent. Win the match.

Easy "Number One Card!" achievement
Create a deck containing D, Lina, Kaz, Mari and Guide, then select "GM Battle". You should be matched against Hiro. He will have five Number One cards. Win and get one of those cards.

How can I get the Orrora, Reuben, PHOEBE, Kaeli, Tristam, D, Lina, Kaz, Mari and Guide card??

Plz help me, I cannot do the more card game!!

I got them by beating GM opponents and taking their cards. It's a bit long, but that's the way. Well, the way for me.

Cards like Orrora you can get from respective story locations. In Orrora's case its the Earth Shrine. If you lose the card I'm not sure if you can get some back.

As Cetais said, you need to win Rank GM battles and take their appropriate cards, until you have the various card combinations required for both achievements.

How often do the GMs have character cards? I've fought them ten times, and still no special cards.
