Two Multimixers
I've spent over an hour trying to figure out a way to speed up when using Multimixers, and I don't think it's possible. Seems to me you can only use one at a time so you'll have to figure out something else to do with your extras that pile up.

Anyone figured out how to use two multimixers at once?

You can cross lines. That's how I did it on a build here. Since they use two processing steps anyway, it's possible. You might have to move some things out of the way in order to make it work though.

Could you show a picture or video of it? I think they'd be moving in the wrong direction.

I'm not at my gaming comptuer at the moment so i'll try to show it just here.

M is mixer's central part
I is mixer input
O is mixer output
A is ingredient A
B is ingredient B
C is output ingredient
┌─────┬─<B A>─┬──┼─┐ │ │ I │ I │ M │ M └I O └─I O └─────┴─> C

If you try to do this in a confined space which requires you to have two crossovers, the belts don't work as expected. The above format works as expected.

You can see an example of it in the main menu when the game starts (crossing conveyors, that is). I also spent a long time trying to figure it out. It looks like it knows to continue motion across the conveyors when they're perpendicular.

You can always just keep the one, and the one ingredient that doesn't go in (since mixer is on a 2 process timer) can be used for another pill/cure/cream/whatever. That with the packing system can save you a lot of space and help you to run things.

Thanks! I tried it today and was finally able to make some ridiculously expensive pills!
