how to install mods

can't find any folders for the database or anything apart from the file. there's no tutorial that i've been able to see for when you've downloaded from steam.don't have winrar. have windows 7.i installed the shortcuts does that matter? already have named the database in-game.

I saw the tutorials couldn't make sense of them as i had a steam folder instead of GDS. figured it out though.used thewho Dec 2014 mod. does anyone have a picture pack 4 that? also can't pm booking 4 day of Raw. help would be appreciated
