What kind of computer do you have?
Anyway this might do it

Right click on your Desktop -> Properties -> Settings, and alter your screen resolution to a bigger one if you can't see all the game. Alternatively, if that doesn't work, go to the same Settings menu, but click Advanced. You will see a place to set your DPI, make sure it is 96

If you have under Windows 7, you have to use a different method.

Make sure your display is set to default.

If you've made your text larger it alters to button sizes on screen but not the clipping targets.

i had this problem at first but setting the size to 100% fixed it.

Also, the game generally won't go full screen on anything other than a 1024 * 768 screen. The graphics have been designed for that size only.

I don't even think I could click the settings.

That's too bad you no longer have the game. This series really has amazing depth and replay value (I've literally hundreds of hours across this series - granted, not using the Steam version as the direct versions have been out way longer).

I saw a couple vids on it because it looked quite good.. seems like you can play it for a long time.
