Achievement "Perfect throw"

Filled the whole house, a cutscene with the Wife came, in it she got hit with a shovel, but the achievement was not counted.
How to get this achievement?

you get the achievment by throwing a vegtabel at her when shees looking out the neighbors window. if you exit your house its the top window from your neighbor to your left. she can appear there but its kinda rare. it took me about 20-30 min
