Game wipes after server reset?

happened on 2 diff servers last night after the update.. is it still happening?

You must be new here. After every major build they have reset the saves.

nah i know the updates wipe all the servers.. but the server was doing a quick reset, and that wiped the server as well

to be clear, when the server msg says "Game is resetting/shutting down (cant remember) in 59minutes" then 30 minutes, then 5 minutes, then bye bye. That reset wiped the server

well, the guy who owns the server must have messed something up, he might have made the ServerSettings.cfg read-only, so the server can't change the worldSlot, and then the server will keep wiping every time it resets.

some are set for daily wipes, since so much action on them. so fast to build up stuff still. so need clean regularly

Hey so mine is on a server that i host and it was wiped i hadnt event reset the server, its just that i had to reboot the router :/ could this be the problem?
