I don't think you could really do that unless you had everyone dedicated to choosing to be under one player or many "Lord Paramounts"

i think it could work, have the game start during the WOT5K basiclly the 5 kings will all be AI or devs, and sooner or later they will die cus players lol and you can take thier spot and unite the realm or raise hell or just try to rule ur land and maybe you can also appoint one of your friends to be hand of the king, or is that more for a singler player game? and BTW will this game have a singleplayer?

If you have the timeline start between the Andal invasion, and Aegon's Conquest. Thier was no central king just different regions, then the very first king in the server could simulate Aegon. Also the book has plenty of factions to choose from and characters to pick from. How sweet would it be to re create the battle at the trident?
