Magic sword lost

Not sure if its a bug, but after having most of my crew die in a fight with Nurgle, when I went to reequip new crew members the magic ice sword was not eqquipped by anyone or in inventory. Seems to have vanished. Is this normal?

I'm not sure I'll have to take a look, meanwhile If you can go to the bug report forum and follow the instructions on the pinned threads to get us a save and output log. The more information we have the quicker we can fix it, thanks!

Thanks, think It might have been my mistake when I saved and reloaded it was there.
