From what I understand Cat Goes Fishing Lite doesn't have all of the contents, I think in this case you can't unlock or purchase the boats, fishing rods, and so on...

The steam version however does not lock any of these items, therefore making the game fully accessible.

At least that's what games like this do...

Android doesn't have boats or hats, and you can't add equipment to the rods. You can have three quests as standard, though. Android is very much a "lite" version, and feels like a demo compared to the Steam version.

Fish respawn timers on the android version are also MUCH longer.
