While you cannot change the resolution, you can make it full screen by hitting Alt+Enter.

Same problem and this is pissing me off? Is there any way to fix it or this is niormal?!?!?!?

The general crustiness of the game is normal, there is no way to change the resolution. As for frame-rate issues, I don't know. This could be a number of things, from your RAM, to OS, or some other unrelated issue. I have run CGF on a laptop and desktop set-up and experienced no lag.

Keep in mind, the dev also changed a loading method for the fish (As in fish are loaded in 100% of the time even when off-screen) as having them un-loaded when offscreen was causing bugs in the fish's code, so the change back to being constantly loaded in may cause performance issues with some set-ups. Computers are really odd, I wish I had a better answer for you.
