check screenshots and then recent, no idea where i found it, i flicked to end of map and it was just there, no catalog entry tho, no idea why it was there explain someone?

This is one of the unimplemented fishes which sprite you can find in the game files although I think it shouldn't be in the game for now which is weird (I think this fish should be added to the catalog in future update).

To be honest, I can't be sure but maybe they implemented its code to the actual game and they expected that no one will find it, or might be just a bug. Also I'm not into any kind of programming/game development stuff so there is high chance that I'm wrong.

like i told you, somewhere far away from map, i used dragon fish and flick to get there out of curiosity to whats there, after a few minutes i saw some fish on sonar thanks to tech boat, so i flicked 5 times to get dragon fish off of me and i barely caught it

Catch Phase and Abyssal to unlock it.
Phase is located in caves under Coral Reef
