Some of the crucial fish disappeared/are missing :( (Chompy, Crayfin, Yang, Yin, Bombats)

So, I caught Chompy 2 times. In both situations I couldn't catch Crayfin but later on I checked on the internet that I should set Chompy free instead of putting him on my boat. And so I decided to finally catch crayfin. Unfortunetely both Chompy and Crayfin disappeared. They no longer respawn on the left of the coral reef.

The second problem is Yin and Yang.
Some time ago I tried to lure Yang to the right of the map to let him meet Yin but I wasn't experienced enough and Yang fled from me. When I came back to his cave, it was empty. Not a single of those three Yangs was there. Then I checked Yins, because maybe somehow he managed to get there but no, he was not there.

Then I tried luring Yin to Yang's cave so that maybe helps the situation. It didn't. When I came back several times to Yin's place, sadly, she was not there.

The next thing I trtied to do was catching Cave Shark. I catched a few bombats and baited the Shark to catch him. I know that he is probably the most difficult fish in the game, so every time he magaged to break the line. Sadly, now the both stones and bombats are gone and those also (guess what?) don't respawn.

And now both Yin and Yang are missing and not respawning anymore but also Chompy, Crayfin and Bombats are not available to catch, as they no longer spawn in the game.

How long have you been waiting for these fish to respawn? Bombats should come back after at most 30 minutes or so, but some of the biggest end-game fish take 3 real-world days. Thankfully, time is counted by your computer and not the game, so you can keep it closed for a while and return later and some fish should have respawned by then

It all depends on how good you are at maneuvering vs timing, really. The cave shark could very well be the hardest for many people
