Similar games?
This game is fun and I like it, but the rather simplistic graphics and kind of small amount of content makes me wish there was something more... advanced? There doesn't seem to be anything like it on Steam that isn't an actual fishing simulator (not really interested in that much realism).

Anybody know of something like this, or even other games with good fishing/hunting minigames (like Zelda)?

Stardew Valley has a fishing minigame that will be part of your daily grinding routine :steamhappy:

Rule with an Iron Fish - I wouldn't call it more advanced than CGF but it's a fun little fantasy fishing game.

Looking for any other suggestions for this year.

This one is still above the other fishing simulations on Steam. I tried Stardew Valley, Iron Fish and Desert Island on mobile. Also Graveyard Keeper. Stardew Valley so far has been the best out of all the minigame types, but still not a lot of good dedicated fishing games!
