What happened to this game?

Well, as it seems, I'm not alone. Does anyone know what's wrong?
The server has never worked from the beginning.

Right about the time the game reached alpha development, some kind of issue cropped up, and FOX put out a gag order. After that, all they were allowed to say is "we're not allowed to say" and the whole project got basically abandoned. What we had before the servers shut down wasn't a lot, but it was a nice little time-waster while we waited.

Since so much WAS done for the game (the original cast recording their lines, a few weeks of alpha testing, etc), a lot of fans want to petition Disney to put it back in development, but honestly I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think there is a game out there. That it was stolen from firefly fans and used elsewhere
